Hi, Difference only at academic level i.e. subject diffrence but at Organization there is no diffrence. All Engineers are equivilent at Organization i.e. Diploma Holders, B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc are equivally treated at oraganization level and there is segrigation basis on Degree / Diploma
