If you are desperate about job , you have to go for btech in good college.bsc is also good but after doing this you have to go for further degrees for getting job.

It depends on your future aim. Definitely if u want to get job soon then go for btech from good institute. And if u want to go for civil service, teaching or research then go for BSc. There are many other options too. So it depends.

you should go with btech........ because after btech u have so many choice to do but if you are interested in SSC or banks then you have to do bsc
