btech regular consists of 4 year course work of particular stream and 1.btech integrated might be having btech and aome diploma in any other spl stream opted 2.btech inegrated can be 5 year course of btech and mtech for 5 years for a particular stream.

A B.Tech regular is a 4 year course. On the other hand, an integrated B.Tech may come with an M.Tech or MBA in some colleges which is basically a 5-6 year course. Integrated courses are generally good in IITs and NITs but not from private institutes.
