Good understanding of subjects and teaching skills is must. I mean if you know the solution and don't know how to express then you can not become a good teacher.

Exploring my core knowledge those who have grudge on electrical engineering subjects.

You can't judge the tutor by talking through phone call,it is better to see profile of required tutor ie,his achievements and studied carrier,if you are satisfied then ask for demo class for particular subject

It is true ! You cannot judge a teacher by looks or method of teaching. You go through his profile and request foer a demo. You can ask him about his favourite subject in which he can help you and then go for it.
