See, an Engineer is someone who can devise the conceptual and theoritical understanding of Scientist to a physical working form that can be harnessed for human needs. Consider the example of Thermodynamics, the 1st, 2nd, 3rd law the conceptual understanding of Heat and work system. Now Engineer the used that concept to make a physical system of making Engine, Refrigerator, etc. Now since the basis of these were made almost 1st before the innovation like efficiency, emission, etc is continuously increasing to fulfill human need. read less
