ISRO and DRDO conduct own exams and ISRO also calls for interview if you have good gate score, but for final selection interview is main. Most of the weightage for interview in ISRO and DRDO.

B.Tech in Mechanical Engg from NIT Surat, Training officer Govt of NCT of Delhi

ISRO conducts its own examination time to time just be updated and keep on checking the isrocareer.gov.in .As I have qualified the written examination of ISRO and waiting for interview call so I would suggest you to study the syllabus which is asked in the GATE.
