If you are aspiring for a research career or enhance your knowledge in specific areas,M.Tech would be the outright choice. M.B.A , if pursued in the context of knowing the nuances of business or management related concepts rather than solely for getting hefty pay packets , would be beneficial in the long run. If you're doing masters in engineering, there shouldn't be any reasons for you to worry regarding the remuneration if you are excellent in your field of study. read less
