My first experience at work as a school tutor made me appreciate the effort and dedication required to teach students effectively. Assisting students of different ages helped me to understand how to explain challenging concepts in ways that they would be able to grasp. At school, I learned the importance of following a prescribed syllabus and managing my classroom systematically. During tutoring sessions, I focused on personal tailoring methods to fit every student’s unique learning challenges. This combination helped to develop my communication and patience on the whole and ability to teach on multitasking. The most gratifying part, however, was witnessing my student's gradual transformation into more confident self-sufficient individuals. I learned to be more compassionate, self-disciplined, and open-minded in regard to their ever changing teaching methods.
