I hold a Ph.D. in Marketing (management) from Banasthali Vidyapith, with research focused on consumer experience, digital marketing, AI-enabled chatbot services, and service quality in the Indian automobile sector. I also possess an MBA in Marketing and Finance and have qualified the UGC-NET in Management. My research has been published in peer-reviewed journals, and I have received the Best Research Paper Publishing Award for my contribution to the field.

I have over eight years of teaching experience in higher education. I served as an Assistant Professor at Aashlar Business School, Mathura, from 2014 to 2022 Currently, I am working as an Assistant Professor on an ad hoc basis at Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, Bilaspur, where I continue to contribute to teaching, research, and student development.

In addition to teaching, I have actively engaged in research and professional development by presenting papers at international conferences, participating in Faculty Development Programmes on research methodology and academic publishing, and serving as a Resource Person for personality development workshops. My academic interests include Consumer Behaviour, Digital Marketing, Artificial Intelligence in Marketing, Customer Experience Management, and Service Quality. I am committed to fostering an engaging learning environment, promoting research excellence, and contributing to institutional growth through teaching, innovation, and academic service.
