It's wise to take an hourly fee for the given subject, around 200-300 rupees per hour. It means if you complete the whole syllabus in 75 hours, you will get 15000 rupees. But if you have opted monthly, it must be 4,000 to 5,000 or less because nobody is willing to pay Hindi more than 5000 rupees per month. So in three months, you will get 15,000 rupees if you get agreed to receive 5000 per month.
But, on an hourly basis, you can complete the target maximum of 2 and half months. So, if you opted for 200 rupees, you will get 15k after 75 hours, and if you opted for 300 rupees, you would receive 22.5k after 75 hours.

Whenever I am teaching Hindi to non-naive speakers, I will not let them learn a pile of vocabulary and a set of grammar rules. My teaching style is unique and I have made 25 essential conversational topics. After the completion of each topic, I will give you a set of vocabulary and grammar used in that conversation topics. Besides, I will send you other teaching resources by mail. After the completion of 25 conversational topics, you can speak fluent English. I will assume it will take 40-45 days time to speak Hindi. After that, I will deal with special rules of genders in Hindi. In Hindi, everything either living or non-living either male or female. So, you need to know the techniques for how to speak correct genders in Hindi.
Reading is also an important aspect of learning Hindi. If you want to read Hindi, then you need to know the consonants and vowels alphabets in Hindi. How to pronounce and read coherently. Reading will help you to read a lot of signboards or billboards on shops, restaurants, buses, etc. You will no need to ask other persons to ask what is written in Hindi here.
I personally think that without the knowledge of writing, any language is incomplete. Because creativity comes only from writing. When you write something in a different language, your brain is inclined to rehearse plenty of words and grammar rules to form a sentence or one complete paragraph. So, in the long run, if you wish to write Hindi too, I will teach you at the next level after learning to speaking and reading.
Teaching resources: I have self-made sets of vocabulary as, common fruits, common vegetables, common food items, stationery items, relations, pronouns, numbers, colors, question words, most common adjectives, and adverbs. After giving a set of vocabulary charts, I have made a conversation chart by using the same words. I have made sets of conversation lists such as how to ask anybody to any address, direction, or destination, how to deal with a local shop, how to purchase vegetables, how to ask tourist locations from tourist advisor, how to ask inquiries to a bus station, railway station, and airport.
