Srinivas, first I would suggest you to go for Hadoop Fundamentals course. This will give you background of Big Data, Hadoop and current industry trends which will immensely help you in discussions. As a next step, you can pursue in the direction of 'Data Scientist' which is one of the best profile currently. Though you might know coding at all but your management experience of the market will help you here which pure technical person lacks and I hope you can learn a bit of coding if required. With the industry moving towards graphical tools and software, you may not necessarily need much of coding. We need to understand for a Data Scientist, analytical skills are of utmost importance.

You can opt for presales and business development positions in software development as you are specialized in Sales in MBA. This doesn't require learning new software tools and technologies. But you will have to listen to the products/ services that you are going to sell and better understand what problems can be solved using those. Then it will be easy for you to find that go to market.
