first of all if you have min 3 years experience in linux than only think about hadoop admin. if developer did mistake , project lead/architect solve that problem, but admin did any problem enter original data gone and the project also gone. so admin they ll screen perfectly. So its difficult to get a job, but if u get a job as a hadoop admin you will get huge package based on ur experience. if you have 5 years exp include 3 years linux2 years Hadoop admin experience, atleast you will get 10-15 lakh based on organization. in usa huge demand read less
