Keeping apart all the verbal things i would suggest start watching movies forst with subtitle this will enable you to read faster and then without subtitle ,talk to costumer care executives only in english and then try to remember all those particular words for a expression of thought then eventually by listening to the accent u will catch pronounciation with the tv actors once done go with phonetics
