I am a passionate Commerce educator, researcher, and academic mentor with a strong foundation in teaching, research, and public administration.

I am a two-time UGC-NET JRF (Junior Research Fellowship) qualified in Commerce and have successfully completed my Ph.D. in Commerce. My academic journey has been driven by a commitment to excellence in teaching, research, and student mentorship.

I have authored and co-authored several research papers published in Scopus-indexed, UGC-CARE, and other reputed peer-reviewed journals. My research profile and publications can be independently verified through Google Scholar.

In addition to my academic achievements, I am a Class II Gazetted Officer serving in a State University, having been selected through the Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC). This experience enables me to combine academic knowledge with practical administrative insights, making my teaching highly relevant and application-oriented.
