You learn different subjects and will get in depth knowledge of the different HR roles. This will help you make better career choices. So if you're thinking of getting hired right out of college you need to ensure you have an MBA as well if you're interested in HR. Salary depends on the company. If you're in an MNC it is definitely higher - around 5-6Lakhs per annum. A medium or smaller scale industry will give you around2-3Lakhs per annum. read less
