I am doing a BCA now. What type of job opportunities are there after this course?

Hlo ..you can get job but you will not receive a pretty package..you can go for data entry jobs and if your college do provide placements then if you have caliber you can go for technical jobs .. Rest should go for internship.or master degree in computer application

Computer Science Tutor

After BCA, you can join s/w indsutry. You can teach any computer institute. You can also join as Lab. Asst. in any MCA colleges. You can appear any competative exam like other graduate holders. If you are simply interested only for s/w industry, then it will better to join MCA.

If you want to get a Job after BCA, i will suggest be master of any of the following : 1. Java Professional along with Oracle Certification for JAva Professional 2. Oracle Database Expert along with Oracle Certification. 3. Becoming Network Expersion you need to complate CCNA, CCNP course with certifcation. However, while doing your course, simultaneously you better opt to do some crash courses from the insitute on the platform you are interested in. Most of the organisation require MCA, mediocre level organisation offer jobs to BCA, however the salary slab is less and they need ample knowledge as well. read less
