Right now start speaking in English. Whatever you say now onwards should be in English language. I never suggest to learn grammar first do it later once you find what exactly you are lacking in. One of the best method is listen and sing English songs loudly by keeping lyrics in front.

First of all you have to follow your superiors That means you have to imitate. Then grasp words from them then use it casually with others according to the situation you are in. These you have to follow for some extent.

The Best ways to speaks English, First select the topic which you like most .for Example that you like nature. Open the Discovery Chanel .and read the sentences,which is displayed on screen. but before you have a HIndi-ENG Dictionary ,If you watch any episode for one hour .then you have to noted at least 15 New Words. Now learn these words use the mirror and speak these word very loudly for 15 min. This exercise take hardly 1:30 hours .for full day you repeat these exercise at least 6-7 times if you do this in proper manner in one day you have about 100 word at the end of the day. Use these words into talking. After Two week you have 1400 new words, which you can use your talk. After Two weeks Now you can face any interview. but before you learn something about "how to present your self in front of anyone". You must attend some personality development or presentation classes. Best of Luck. read less

It's not possible you pick up English in two weeks. It will take at least a month if not more. Start talking to your friends who are good in English.
