As you want to work in a college ,you should have NET/SLET which is the main eligibility criteria, if you it already then its good do apply for the same,otherwise you can join or apply in some private colleges for the experience.

Firstly ,you need to do B.ed abd clear N.E.T exam. These exams are the gate for teaching job in clg and schools.( as per UGC rules).
