Read 10 pages of that text book before doing your favourite "time-waste" activity.Read OB/BE before going for a movie/or playing cricketStep 4: Replace 1-2 "time-waste" activities with learning MS Excel. I can teach you :-)MS Excel is the key for understanding programming and also helps a lot in Finance/Accounting without having to read text booksStep 5: Just try and go to bed one hour before. Avoidany other activities or commitments during those times. 3. Choose the right space that you are comfortable in, to study. 4. Take regular breaks.
