I have always loved teaching/Coaching/Mentoring and at all times have indulged in it.
In professional capacity, when there was a need felt for Lead Engineers; training accross departments due to non availability of trained resource, I was selected to author the Course material. It took me six months to develop the 21 modules and impart the training to 120 leads. It was an American Multinational and I won a lot of kudos from the management.

This is something which can only be learned through practice. On line courses are the preliminary steps but the actual advantage is face to face teaching and practice. See which counselor lives near where you stay and ask for tuition
