Invest your time in the newspaper(editorial) and watching English movies or web series with subtitles initially. Grab the words and find the meaning from the dictionary and note down separately with synonyms if possible antonyms too, it makes you know more than one word and its usages simultaneously.

The problem while speaking in English is you think the sentence in mother tongue or Hindi, and then you translate it in your mind in English after that you start talking. The best way is to collect and memorize words in English and starting thinking the sentence in English rather than in mother tongue or Hindi. The practise makes you confident quickly and doesn't hesitate to make a mistake. Failure is the pillar of success.
