This includes your academics overall, your hobbies, interests and finally what you will bring to their table. The trend has changed now you should do your homework about the company you are offering your services. What is that something you can bring to the table. Keep it to less than 7 minutes. Pick and choose.

How will you teach spoken English?

By getting you to speak in English in spite of the errors. Along with speaking, grammar will be corrected and explained to help you identify your own errors and self correction will happen. This will give you the confidence to speak fluently albeit slowly.
