Having graduated in Interior design and being in a corporate firm for a couple of years, I embarked on an inner journey to realize that my passion was towards well-being of myself and fellow human beings. This made me explore my passion which is Dance & Yoga. I have been trained in various forms of dance as well as yoga and hold a diploma in Movement Arts. With all the experience I gained, I came up with Catflow, a combination of Movement & Yoga for a greater wellbeing. Since I have also learnt various types of yoga, my classes can range from simple Hatha Yoga to a more challenging Ashtanga class with the chance to experience the calmness of Yin Yoga for release and restoration. The choice of style and class solely depends on the client/s and will be designed after understanding their intentions and needs from their yoga practice.
My happiness comes from sharing this knowledge with my students and seeing them more relaxed and balanced in life.
