Shall is used with first person pronouns to form the simple future tense. May is used for polite form.

Both are correct. May is a preferred in a formal style or when you want to be more polite. Shall is used with first person pronouns to form the simple future tense.

Max Mueller Bhavan's certificate in German is internationally recognized. MMB is present throughout India and examinations are conducted every month.

I do not know about online learning. I learnt German from Max Mueller. It takes 25 to 30 hours duration. German A1 includes alphabets, numbers, time expressions, modal verbs, accusative, dative and nominative, adjective endings, basic vocabulary.
