I’ve completed a basic fitness certification from Proton Fitness and am currently pursuing an advanced certification with the American Council on Exercise (ACE), one of the most reputed fitness organizations in the world.
This continuous learning keeps me updated with the latest techniques and training methodologies, which I incorporate into my programs.
Over the past few years, I’ve worked with individuals across different age groups and fitness levels. One of the most rewarding parts of my work has been helping clients recover from injuries, particularly those dealing with back issues. Watching them regain strength, mobility, and confidence through safe and structured training plans has been incredibly fulfilling.
I offer both online and offline sessions, based on what works best for the client. I conduct one-on-one personal training as well as small group classes. Every session is customized based on your body type, fitness level, and personal goals—whether that’s losing fat, building lean muscle, improving endurance, or simply staying active.
