Learning to swim starts with building total comfort and confidence in the water. My coaching focuses on the fundamental basics: proper breathing control, floating effortlessly, and mastering natural body posture without strain or panic. As a national-level swimmer, I use a patient, step-by-step approach designed to remove water fear and build a solid foundation. You will learn easy rhythmic breathing, relaxed balance on your front and back, and smooth propulsion drills. Whether you are an adult getting into the pool for the first time or a parent looking for structured, safe guidance for your child, my sessions ensure you feel in control, safe, and confident from day one.

I can teach basic freestyle and backstroke along with basic water-safety awareness.
