"It was a two week online session which i had attended, mam was very sweet to wait for me and take a session for me even when other had stopped attending and I was sometimes a bit late..she also explained everything in a very easy and understandable manner so there was no confusion or anything as such without judgement or anything..if I wanted to know more about something she extended the session so that all the questions are answered and my personal health issues were also addressed..she gave a very detailed introduction about each and everything in yoga then only started teaching and also shared the benefits of everything we did in detail.. "
