I am a certified Yoga advanced trainer with 300 hours of training experience. I am a post graduate in Chemical Engineering with 15 years corporate experience. I specialize in designing engaging and age-appropriate yoga sessions for children, incorporating breathing techniques, Surya Namaskar, yoga postures, mindfulness activities, and relaxation practices in a fun and interactive way. I also enjoy helping adults build strength, flexibility, and inner calm through personalized and accessible yoga practices.

My teaching philosophy focuses on creating a safe, encouraging, and inclusive environment where every student can progress at their own pace while developing confidence, discipline, and a lifelong appreciation for yoga.
