Also you complete ISTQB-Foundation level certificate to start your testing career.

Reading English newspaper daily helps a lot. I suggest The Hindu, The Statesman, or The Indian Express. List down some of the words which you were not able to understand, Refer a good dictionary & write down the meaning in separate notebook. To improve speaking ability i suggest you watch some english movies & try to understand their pronunciation you imitate the same. In due time you will make a habit of how to form sentences while speaking. .
