List down some of the words which you were not able to understand, Refer a good dictionary & write down the meaning in separate notebook. To improve speaking ability i suggest you watch some english movies & try to understand their pronunciation you imitate the same. In due time you will make a habit of how to form sentences while speaking. . read less
