Yoga, Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga, Yoga Instructor Course (YIC) from
SVYASA to my credit. Completed SAINIS certification Course in Yoga from
Netaji Subhas National Institute of Sports, Patiala, Punjab. Completed SAINIS
Refresher certification Course in Yoga from NIS Patiala. Have successfully
undergone training in Nutrition and Dietetics. Completed certification in
Garbha Mata Samskara and imparting the same as a freelance consultant. An
expert in imparting techniques in advanced Yogasanas, Yogic Kriyas, Weight
Loss sessions/Obesity. Successfully conducted many yoga camps, stress
management workshops in various corporate companies. Currently conducting
MSc Yoga, BSc Yoga, PG diploma in Yoga, Diploma in yoga, Internationa teachers training courses.
