I would strongly recommend all expecting mothers to join here as Bhaswati Mam not only teaches yoga but also gives lots Information of pregnancy and the Dos and Donts It was so mentally relaxing as well when I kept practising the yoga daily during my pregnancy The recovery time after my delivery was so short and I could function normally within days which everyone around were in disbelief All thanks to Bhaswati Mam and the yoga she taught me! Bhaswati Madam is an excellent motivator. She gave a good hearing to my concerns and issues. She really helped me in dealing with the fear and stress due to the sickness. She gave clear instructions regarding each asana and benefits of it and made sure that I am doing it correctly. She made note of my diet and suggested changes in daily routine and lifestyle which really helped me a lot. After one month of classes, I could see a lot of improvement in myself.
