Teaching Experience in detail in Spoken English classes

My teaching journey began as a Spoken English Trainer, where I worked for two years helping students from diverse backgrounds improve their English communication skills. During this time, I had the opportunity to teach learners with different levels of proficiency, from complete beginners to intermediate speakers looking to build confidence in their spoken English. This experience helped me understand that every student learns differently, and I developed a flexible teaching style that adapts to each learner's individual needs and goals. In my classes, I focused on creating a supportive and interactive learning environment where students felt comfortable expressing themselves without the fear of making mistakes. I believe that confidence is one of the most important aspects of language learning, so I encouraged students to participate in conversations, role-play real-life situations, and practice speaking regularly. Along with improving fluency, I also worked on pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, sentence structure, and everyday communication skills. My academic background has further strengthened my teaching abilities. I hold a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Bangalore University, which provided me with a strong foundation in the English language, literature, and communication. I later completed a Master's degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from St. Joseph's University, where I further developed my skills in effective communication, public speaking, and professional writing. In addition to my teaching experience, I have spent four years working as a Copywriter and Content Writer. This professional experience has enhanced my command of English, allowing me to explain language concepts clearly and help students improve both their written and spoken communication. Working in content creation has also kept me updated with modern communication styles and practical English used in everyday life and professional settings. As a teacher, I believe learning should be engaging, practical, and enjoyable. I strive to make every lesson interactive by incorporating discussions, real-world examples, and activities that encourage students to think and communicate naturally in English. My goal is not only to help students improve their language skills but also to build their confidence so they can communicate effectively in academic, professional, and everyday situations. I am passionate about helping learners achieve their goals, whether they are preparing for interviews, improving workplace communication, enhancing conversational fluency, or simply becoming more confident English speakers. I am committed to creating a positive learning experience that motivates students to grow and succeed at their own pace.
