Zoom is an excellent option for it; you have to schedule a meeting; you can share your screen and chat with your participants. In this contemporary situation, Colleges are following Zoom to facilitate online classes. Each class can be scheduled for 40 minutes for a free user.
The other options are Skype and Microsoft Teams.

You can improve your communication skills by Mirroring. Mirroring is one technique where you speak in front of the mirror and observe for mistakes and then try to rectify it. It really requires a lot of practice, in the initial stage you would be reluctant to do so, but gradually once you practise and put your efforts, you can talk in English flawlessly.
