> Service Now Developer with experience on implementing end-to-end Service Catalog, Record Producer and experience of different modules in ITSM like IPC, Knowledge, Catalogs, Event, Reports, HRSM and GRC. >Currently working on an ITSM based engagement with CoBank US client to assist them in the requirements including development on IPC, Catalogs, Service mapping, CMDB and all the other modules related to ITSM. >Worked on GRC based engagement with AMP Australia client that required work on the Domain separation in GRC, Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management and reporting related to the modules. > Have hands-on experience of Email Notifications, Inbound Email Action, Reports, Gauges, and Home pages, Business Rules, UI Policy, UI Actions, Events, Transform maps, Access controls, and Import sets. > Knowledge of web services using SOAP and REST messages and migration of update sets between different environments of Service-Now. > Worked on creation and customization of complex workflows, custom workflow activities, Transform maps and Data sources. > Knowledge of working with different kind of scripts in ServiceNow like Client Script, Script Include, System processors, Transform scripts. > Experience of handling Bug Fixes and Enhancement requests, Event and Triggers to manage business needs and handle background work. > Complete knowledge of the SDLC and Story process to develop and deploy the code in development to production environments. Interacting with functional owners on a day to day basis to understand the business requirements. > Knowledge of Web-services integration with third-party tools by using REST and SOAP messages, Email notifications and Scheduled jobs. > Experience on Incident, Problem and Knowledge Management streams. > IT Service Management including IPC, Custom Applications, Service Catalogs & Service Requests
