I never thought mixed martial arts classes could be this fun and exciting. I tried this contact sport because as a Man, it helps to boost our confidence and improves our body language in day to day life. And I could not get a better trainer than Manohar who is young and energetic, encourages a lot to the beginners. After joining his classes, to my surprise he is a MBBS student too. So he advised me on diet required to build the stamina and also demonstrated the most sensitive and weak part of our body that to be saved during fights. He has a remarkable knowledge on all kind of work outs required to strengthen your body parts. I highly recommend him as a self defence / Mixed Martial arts trainer.
