I am a Mechanical Engineer and an experienced SAP and ERP professional with around 16 years of professional experience across SAP, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Project Management. Alongside my industry experience, I provide training to students and professionals who want to build practical knowledge of SAP and related business processes. My focus is on helping learners understand concepts clearly and connect them with real-world industry applications. I completed my Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) from VTU in 2011 and later completed my Master of Engineering/Master of Technology (M.E./M.Tech.) from City Engineering College in 2014. I am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA), which is helping me further strengthen my understanding of business, management, and organisational processes. My academic background, combined with extensive industry exposure, allows me to approach training from both technical and business perspectives. Throughout my career, I have worked on ERP implementation, process improvement, consulting, project delivery, and user training across different industries and business domains. My professional experience has given me an in-depth understanding of how organisations use enterprise systems to manage their operations effectively. I particularly focus on SAP and supply chain-related functions, including Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Project Management. I have also received several awards, recognitions, and appreciation during my professional journey for my contributions to ERP implementation, consulting, training, and project delivery. I have been recognised for my technical expertise, successful implementation of ERP solutions, and ability to train and support professionals across different industries. Appreciation from organisations and learners has further motivated me to continuously upgrade my knowledge and share my practical experience with others. My teaching methodology is structured, practical, and industry-oriented. I combine conceptual explanations with real-world examples so that students can understand not only what a particular process or SAP functionality does, but also why and where it is used in an organisation. I include practical exercises, case studies, problem-solving activities, and interactive discussions to help students develop a deeper understanding of the subject. I particularly focus on making my training relevant for students and professionals who want to develop job-oriented skills. Wherever possible, I connect theoretical concepts with situations that professionals may encounter in actual business environments. I encourage learners to ask questions, analyse scenarios, and understand processes from a practical perspective rather than simply memorising information. My goal is to help learners develop strong knowledge of SAP and related business processes while gaining the confidence to apply what they learn in professional situations. With my combination of engineering education, 16 years of industry experience, consulting exposure, and training experience, I aim to provide practical and meaningful guidance to anyone looking to build or strengthen their career in SAP, ERP, supply chain, inventory, warehouse, or project management.
