I’m Rutuja, and my passion lies in helping people reconnect with their bodies and minds to find true balance in life. As a believer that health is the foundation of happiness, I am committed to guiding others towards an active, mindful lifestyle. I hold a Bachelor’s in Zoology and am pursuing my Master’s in Yoga Therapy. Recently, I completed an intensive Ashtanga Vinyasa course in Mysore, where I deepened my practice and discovered the power of movement and breath.

Every day, I see how preventative care, holistic health, and the wisdom of yoga can transform lives. I believe in "prevention over cure" and work towards empowering individuals to take charge of their well-being before health issues arise.

My mission is to build a community that prioritizes health and mindful living. I want to bring together like-minded individuals who believe in achieving wellness through sustainable, active lifestyles.
