Abhay Kumar Verma

I,Abhay kumar verma am a certified yoga therapist by earning my Yoga Instructors Course in the year (2016) ,Bachelor's degree in the year (2016 - 2019), Masters degree in the year (2019 - 2021) and 200 hours TTC in Ashtanga vinyasa in the year 2019.

I use the ancient art of Panchakosha and meticulously amalgamate it with the precision of breath control and build my flow practice.

I have worked with more than 200+ people all over south Asia and have seen great strength and stamina building among them.

Having been an intern in my Bachelor's (2018) and Master's (2021) ,I have an extensive experience in therapeutic aspect by handling more than 100+ patients with issue's ranging from neurological deficit to psychosomatic disorders.

As a free lancer at Royal Yoga I have taught more than 500+ people including children since year ( 2015 - 2021).

I believe that we all have that power to channel our highest self and live a long and healthy life.
