I have over 5 years of experience working as a part-time tutor in a school after regular school hours, where I provided individual attention and academic support to students across different subjects. I helped students strengthen their fundamentals, complete their academic work, prepare for examinations, and build confidence. Many of my students showed significant improvement in their overall academic performance and scores.

In addition, I have around 2 years of professional experience as an HR Executive, where I regularly conduct communication and soft-skills sessions, coordinate employee engagement activities, and facilitate interactive learning sessions. These experiences have strengthened my communication, mentoring, presentation, patience, and people-management skills. I enjoy working with learners and creating a supportive environment that encourages them to understand concepts, participate actively, and improve consistently.
