Kannada Language Reason for learning Kannada:School Curriculum
"I would like to share some honest feedback based on our experience. It was highly disappointing and sad. Before the payment of fees, the communication and follow-ups were very prompt, particularly regarding the ₹3,000 monthly fee. However, once the fees were paid, the communication almost completely stopped. We received one message saying that the class link had been shared, but thereafter there was no follow-up to check whether the child had joined or needed any assistance. When I asked whether you would follow up if the child had not joined or had missed a couple of classes, I was told, “I can’t keep following up; I have many children.” I completely understand that you may have several students and cannot personally follow up repeatedly with every child. However, I do feel that a basic check-in, especially immediately after enrolment or if a student is absent for a couple of classes, would reflect some level of engagement and concern for the student. As a parent, the experience unfortunately felt like the communication was very active until the fee was collected, but there was very little engagement afterwards. I believe that teaching is not only about conducting classes but also about maintaining basic communication with parents and ensuring that the child is actually attending and benefiting from the classes. I am sharing this constructively, as I feel a little more involvement and follow-up after enrolment would significantly improve the experience for both parents and students."

Kindly note : Soon after the demo class I had clarified the time slot and the week days to attend the classes for your child on the link shared on WhatsApp. The WhatsApp message clearly states that the same link is for all the classes. The child had attended the classes on the same link. It is therefore the parents must see whether the child has joined the class or not. The child is within the four walls of your house and you better know about the child. You have failed to adhere to the scheduled timetable and join the classes. It is not wise to blame me for your son being absent from the class. Do take responsibility for not making your child to join the classes on the fixed days and time slot. Reminders to join the classes is not my responsibility. I hope, this clarifies your concerns
