I am a RYT 200 and RYT 300 registered Hatha Yoga teacher from a1000yoga Academy certified and accredited by AYUSH and registered with Yoga Alliance International.

I headed the Corporate Wellness Program for a1000 Yoga Acadcemy for more than 5 years doing business for yoga with multiple corporate clients, tailoring programs for their requirements, and also training my teachers at the academy to teach yoga with a corporate flavor. Corporate includes IT and Non IT and Educational institutions.

I also have experience in managing ( students, teachers, content development, program management of all courses) and teaching RYT 200 Teachers training Program teaching practice and Yoga philosophy and Anatomy.

I have a total practice experience of more than 10 years and teaching experience of 7 years in the field of yoga.

I have more than 20 years of experience in business and IT domain which helps me understand the needs of different age groups, professionals, spanning from teenagers to retired individuals.

I have expertise in taking both online and offline Yoga Classes.
