My experience with OneITech Learning Solution has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. At the time of enrollment, they made multiple promises about delivering a complete course with regular classes and proper support. For the first 10–15 days, they conducted sessions, which gave the impression that everything was genuine. However, after that period, they completely stopped providing classes without any valid explanation. Since 16/03/2026, there have been no proper sessions, no updates, and no accountability from their side. Repeated follow-ups have been ignored. This kind of behavior is highly irresponsible and misleading. It feels like students are being attracted with promises, only to be neglected after payment. This is not just poor service—it raises serious concerns about their commitment and credibility. Anyone considering joining should be extremely careful. Do not rely on verbal assurances—get everything documented. My experience has been a complete waste of time and money. I expect the management to address this issue immediately and take responsibility instead of ignoring students who trusted them.
