I am Nandini Guru Prasad, an early childhood educator with over 5 years of teaching experience and a strong passion for working with young children. I teach Nursery and Kindergarten students, helping them develop the essential skills they need for their early educational journey. I have completed my Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) along with Nursery Teacher Training (NTT). My NTT qualification has equipped me with an understanding of the teaching methods and educational approaches required to work effectively with young learners. It has helped me appreciate the importance of age-appropriate activities, patient guidance, and structured learning experiences in early childhood education. I use this knowledge to plan lessons that support children's intellectual, language, social, and overall development. My teaching approach focuses on building a strong foundation in early literacy, numeracy, communication, and general awareness. I help children become familiar with letters, sounds, numbers, words, and basic concepts through interactive sessions and guided practice. I understand that young children learn best when lessons are engaging and suited to their developmental stage. Therefore, I aim to introduce concepts gradually, reinforce them through repetition, and provide opportunities for children to practise what they learn at a comfortable pace. I am trained in Jolly Phonics and have experience using phonics-based learning methods to support children's reading and language development. Through these methods, I help children recognize letter sounds, improve their pronunciation, develop vocabulary, and begin combining sounds to read words. I believe that developing phonics skills at an early age can help children build confidence in reading and communication. I focus on making these sessions interactive and enjoyable so that children can develop their language abilities while remaining interested and engaged. I conduct interactive sessions that encourage children to participate, respond to questions, and express themselves freely. I pay attention to each child's learning pace and try to identify areas where additional explanation or practice may be helpful. I understand that every child develops differently, and I believe patience and encouragement are essential when teaching at the Nursery and Kindergarten levels. My goal is to help children feel secure and confident while gradually developing independence in their learning activities. Along with my teaching skills, I have basic computer knowledge and am comfortable using computers for lesson preparation, communication, and other teaching-related tasks. I believe that effective early childhood education requires thoughtful preparation and an understanding of how to keep young learners interested. I aim to make lessons varied, structured, and appropriate for the children's age and abilities. By combining interactive teaching methods with regular practice and positive reinforcement, I work towards helping children understand concepts and retain what they learn. I offer offline tuition classes for Nursery and Kindergarten students and strive to provide a supportive environment that encourages curiosity, participation, and steady progress. I enjoy being part of a child's early learning journey and helping them develop the foundational skills they will need in school. Through my NTT training, phonics knowledge, and teaching experience, I aim to make learning a rewarding experience for every child. My objective is to help young learners build confidence, develop essential academic skills, and begin their educational journey with a strong and positive foundation.
