I am currently working as a Montessori teacher handling children aged 3 to 4 years, and I also have experience supporting early learners in a Nursery–KG level environment. My teaching approach is completely activity-based, focusing on making learning fun, engaging, and age-appropriate. I design and conduct sessions covering foundational concepts such as phonics (letter sounds A–Z), basic vocabulary, numbers, colors, shapes, and simple environmental awareness (EVS topics). I use a variety of methods like storytelling, rhymes, flashcards, hands-on activities, and sensory play to help children understand concepts easily. In my tuition approach, I give individual attention to each child, understanding their learning pace and adapting my teaching methods accordingly. I help children improve their fine motor skills through activities like tracing, coloring, and worksheet practice, and also support their gross motor development through movement-based activities. I focus strongly on communication development by encouraging children to speak in simple sentences, repeat words, and express their needs confidently. I also handle children with different attention levels by using interactive techniques and positive reinforcement. Additionally, I maintain regular communication with parents, updating them on their child’s progress and suggesting simple activities they can continue at home. My goal is to build a strong foundation in learning while ensuring children feel happy, confident, and comfortable.
