I am a skilled geneticist who has a passion for teaching. I can teach any topic from Molecular biology with an expertise in teaching how to analyse the genetic data using bioinformatic approaches. During my PhD I have done Population Genetics and Molecular Phylogenetics, which I can easily teach without any prior preparation. I have an experience of teaching various topics of molecular biology to undergraduate students in Delhi University at college level.

I'm 3rd year Ph. D student of IISC. I was selected for CSIR NET with 65 ranks (all India) in chemical science in 2012 (December). I was also selected for IIT-JAM in chemical science with 41 rank (IIT BOMBAY) in 2012. In 2012 I was nominated for Integrated Ph. D course in IISC (Bangalore), JNCASR (Bangalore) and IACS (Kolkata). From 2009-2012 I was selected for INSPIRE (DST) fellowship for top 1% student in 12th standard examination (WBCHSE board). I was topper in university examination for B. Sc. chemistry (Hons.) in west bengal. Last two years I taught two students one in IX standard (CBSE) and VIII standard chemistry and mathematics in Bangalore. In 2011-2012 I taught chemistry for B. Sc. 1st and 2nd year students also for XI-XII standard chemistry.

I worked as a teacher in a private school for almost one year and in one NET coaching center for more than 6 months. I have good experience in teaching and I am passionate about teaching.

Any branch of science can not be seen as a discrete subject. All the branches of science are extremely interrelated. As a Chemistry student, I have a fair good knowledge about physics and mathematics. I hope I can transfer the enthusiasm of doing science in my students.So they can devote rest of the life contributing to science. It's not only about getting marks and qualifying for national entrance tests. It's all about love for the subject and love for the science.
