Her dedication, knowledge, and compassion have played a major role in helping us achieve our fitness goals. I was suffering from severe lower back pain, to the extent that doctors had advised me to undergo surgery. For a long time, I was only managing the pain with regular medicines and painkillers. However, with Monalisa’s expertise, patience, and carefully designed practices, she healed my lower back completely. It has now been one full year, and I have not taken a single painkiller, something I genuinely consider a blessing. In addition to this, I was also dealing with anxiety. Through her understanding of the Vedas, her calming voice, and the way she guides you through every breath and movement, she helped me overcome it.
