This is achieved by first breaking the often-imperceptible walls people have created within themselves. In one such exercise, the teacher steps out of the class and the students are asked to make as much noise as they can. Their aim must be to scream, shout, yell, laugh, and stomp around so loud it could bring the roof down! People are always expected to be quiet and maintain a certain amount of decorum.
