"I went for Manish Gaur's baking classes in 2002, when the institute was very new. 21 years later, I still remember the lessons taught then! Through out the years I have been making cakes for occasions that have pleased friends, families and others. The concepts are taught right from scratch and can be understood by anyone with little to no prior baking knowledge. Emphasis is given to practical classes too. I might go back here for a refresher course soon. Thank you Gaur sir for the valuable knowledge you have imparted all those years ago! "

"Hi , we are 4 friends always interested to try and learn something new. we got to know about IBCA through Facebook. We loved the day and it's learning and want to try out everything we learnt in our kitchen for our foodie husbands and lovely children.
