The fluency of any language is acquired only by speaking a lot. At times it's possible that we feel embarrassed to make mistakes, but that's how you learn. I learnt Japanese language only by speaking with my friends, and they would correct me if I had made any mistakes. Try watching English movies, so you get to improve your vocabulary too.
